At Clockwork Wrists, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

✅ Accepted Reasons for Returns:

  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

  • Change of mind (unworn, unused items in original packaging)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Products without original packaging or tags

Return Timeframe

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service at keiwai_lee@126.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll email you within 2 business days with:

  • Approved return instructions

  • Return shipping address (Hong Kong)

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories

  • Include the RMA number clearly on the package

  • Ship to our Hong Kong facility using a trackable method

Refund Options

🔄 Exchange:
Request a different model or strap color (subject to availability)

💵 Refund:

  • Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return)

  • Store credit (for faster processing)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We'll cover return shipping costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping

  • International Returns: Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

  • Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos/video of the damage

  3. We'll typically send a replacement immediately

Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Watches showing signs of wear or use

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Items returned without an RMA number

Warranty Information

All Clockwork Wrists watches come with a:

  • 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear
